We didn’t come together by accident—we came together because hiring is broken, and fixing it takes more than another job board. Our team brings decades of experience across recruiting, product, and technology, united by the belief that talent deserves a fair shot and employers deserve a better way to connect. So... Why Are We Building This?
Because hiring is broken. Students, grads, and early-career professionals are told to polish resumes that no one reads, apply through job boards for jobs that no one is hiring for, and pray that when they finally do land on something legit that some algorithm doesn't filter them out for the wrong reasons. Employers, meanwhile, drown in noise, bias, and inefficiency - only to ghost or get ghosted themselves.

We're building enterN to flip that script. No resumes. No gatekeeping. No more shouting into the void. Instead, we're creating a bias-resistant matching system built around what actually matters: values, work styles, and real human fit.
